What do we offer our members?

In our Martial Arts School beginners have the possibility to pass examinations to receive belts. These belts are “colour belts” and the first belt is white and succeed with yellow, orange, green, blue and brown. After the last brown belt they have the chance to receive the Master belt, named DAN.

These examinations are accepted all over the world. Our members have the chance to choose their own way. They can practice Kempo Karate-Jiu Jitsu, Freestyle Kobudo, Freestyle Karate and Kickbox and Sport karate. Furthermore the different cultures of our members give us the possibility to experience other cultures and traditions. The international contacts to other clubs and trainers offer our members lots of opportunities. For this reason our club grow in a short time. We have training for every member to find his or her own way.

Introduction of the sports club Mushin

The sports club Mushin was founded by Hamadi Silini in 1999. He started with Karate, a year later he added Tae-Do. Tae- Do is a way to practice sport with music. It concludes different elements of martial arts and Tai-Chi.

Our sports club is member of the German Karate association.

The martial art Karate has its origin 500 years BC. Chinese monks, who were not allowed to wear weapons, developed a special martial art to defend themselves with open hands.

For this reason Karate needs self-confidence and is a way to experience the own personality. The way to inner peace is part of the tradition.

The aim of Karate

The triumph over the opponent is not the true sense of Karate. Firstly it is necessary to have full control over the own weakness to win a fight. The strengthening of the personality, self-control, respect for the opponent and concentration on his or her deficits are the most important aspects of this martial art.

Remaining healthy with Karate

In 2003 the World Health Organization announced Karate as healthy sports.

What do we offer our members?

After a time interval beginners pass an examination to receive a belt. These belts are “colour belt” and the first belt is white. It goes on with yellow, orange, green, blue, brown and ends with the black belt. The black belt is the belt of the master, named DAN. Our examinations are accepted all over the world.

Our members have the chance to choose their own way. They can practice Karate in competitions (Kumite and Kata) and take part in official championships. Another way is to practise individual self-defence, fitness and personality development, especially self-assertion for women.

Besides the traditional Karate we also practise freestyle Karate, Karate for people with mental and physical disability and Tae-Do.

Karate is practicable into for everyone, there is no limit. Our youngest member is 4 year old.

Furthermore the different cultures of our members give us the possibility to experience other cultures and traditions. The international contacts to other clubs and trainers offer our members lots of opportunities. For this reason our club grow in a short time. We have training for every member to find his or her own way.
